When you submit a coaching application or booking inquiry, we collect the information you provide. Our hosting and security providers may also process basic technical information, such as an IP address, browser or device details, requested pages, and timestamps, to deliver and protect the website.

How we use information

We use submitted information to review coaching applications and professional opportunities, communicate with you, respond to questions, evaluate availability and fit, arrange services, maintain business records, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Submitting a form does not enroll you in promotional email marketing.

How information is handled

Form submissions are sent to Keemar Davis by email and saved in a private website dashboard. Service providers that support the website—including Cloudflare for hosting and data storage and Resend for email delivery—may process information only as needed to provide their services.

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. Information may be disclosed if required by law, to protect rights or safety, or to professional advisers when reasonably necessary.

Embedded media

The website includes media players or content from YouTube, Apple Music, and SoundCloud. Those services may collect device, cookie, or usage information when their content loads or when you interact with it. Their own privacy policies govern that activity.

We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, manage a professional or coaching relationship, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.

Children and young artists

This website is not directed to children under 13. A parent or guardian should supervise any submission by a minor and must handle scheduling and payment for applicants under 18. If you believe a child under 13 submitted personal information without appropriate permission, please contact us so it can be reviewed and deleted.
